Welcome to the registration website of the 
Swiss Water and Climate Forum 2021

The Swiss Water and Climate Forum is a two-days event which will take place from September 09 - 10, 2021 in Willisau. This platform allows you to register for one or two days of the conferenct. Additionally you have the possibility to sign up for the SWCF Dinner as well as to reserve a meeting room or an e-bike. The networking events on Thursday evening (SWCF Apéro and Project Marketplace) and on Friday evening (SWCF Cool-Off) are free of charge and do not require a registration upfront. 
 

The following booking options are available:
 

09.09.2021 – SWCF Day 1: «Recognize fields of action and find solutions»

• 12:30pm - 05:30pm: regular event according to agenda (see SWCF Website)

On the first day, guest speakers introduce the challenges related to water and climate from different perspectives. The SWCF focus groups outline fields of action and invite all participants to help shape their challenges, project ideas and questions.

• 05:30pm - 07:00pm: SWCF Apéro, no registration necessary

The SWCF Apéro invites all guests to connect and continue developing ideas created during the event. The networking event takes place in the midst of a “Project marketplace” where all visitors have the opportunity to present their own initiatives and projects, services and projects as well as ideas and programs.

09.09.2021 – SWCF Dinner

• from 07:00pm dinner, informal networking event

The SWCF Dinner invites all guests to continue discussions in a relaxed ambience, accompanied by the finest local gastronomy Willisau has to offer.

10.09.2021 – SWCF Day 2: «Build partnerships and promote projects»

• 08:30am - 05:30pm: regular event according to agenda (see SWCF Website)

On the second day, participants take a deep dive into the most promising approaches identified on day one and carve out the best ideas during the Open SWCF session. The event concludes in a project pitching contest and award ceremony for the most promising project ideas.

10.09.2021 – SWCF Cool-Off

• from 05:30pm: informal cool-off event with a bar, no registration necessary

At the end of the event, all guests are invited to cool off at the local event bar area, discuss last issues and topics with interesting partners as well as to enjoy the late summer evening with a fresh drink or snack.
