Hotel booking in Lucerne

During your registration to the 6th PEFC & Electrolyser Forum you will have the possibility to book a hotel room in Lucerne. An overview of available hotels may be found below.

Credit Card guarantee
In order to guarantee your hotel booking, you will be asked to enter a valid credit card number. The credit card will not be charged by Bucher Travel and only be used as a guarantee. Payment of all hotel accommodations will be at the hotel directly.

Early booking discount
All hotel bookings made by April 12, 2017 and are pre-paid by credit card via Bucher Travel will get an early booking discount of 5% on the room rate excl. taxes. The participant may choose this option in the booking / registration form. Pre-paid hotel bookings are non-refundable.

Cancellation policy
Hotel bookings may be changed or cancelled free of charge until June 02, 2017, 12:00 Noon. After that date, the costs of minimum the first night will be charged by Bucher Travel on your credit card. All changes must be communicated in writing by email to booking@buchertravel.ch

Hotel Alpina is located directly at Lucerne's train station, the Culture and Convention Centre (KKL Luzern), in the middle of the city center, closed to Lake of Lucerne and the famous chapel bridge. Breakfast is served at the sister property Monopol Hotel (4*) across the street.
